However, as Alonso Tapia says "The motivation of each student is a consequence of the interaction of certain factors of learning context and certain personal characteristics relate to them, as it influences the motivation of the student, certain features of the next learning context, ie patterns of action essentially favoring teacher in motivating students. " The term "motivation" can say that it is conduct that is directed and oriented towards developing their own goals, hence the motivation and learning are fully linked and interrelated, since motivation is considered a resource too important to encourage more meaningful learning, so that the respective activities proposed in the classroom fully influence the achievement of motivation. Therefore it is necessary that the motivation is present in every path of education as the responsibility of the teacher is to arouse students' interest in the context where you are, and that teachers must manage resources, techniques, methodologies and also acquire innovative strategies to achieve appropriate motivation of students, regarding the subject matter is inserted. As future teachers must keep in mind that motivation is not activated automatically, but will according to the process comprising the teaching given where it is important that as much as the teacher and student must take action, to persist or increase a particular provision entirely favorable for the teaching process.
